@manton I really like the idea of the Supernote family of e-ink tablets. More sustainable and flexible while still being just for writing. The nomad has been out for awhile and may be a tad bit bigger but not by much. I’ve been finding a lot of use for my manta.

@danielpunkass I keep threatening to cancel and they sell me on $1.50/month. I definitely wouldn’t pay $50/year.
@jasonekratz I do really like the Bear Sans fonts that come with Bear.app
@gregmorris I’ve been using zen browser which is based on Firefox. I feel like it gets the best parts of Arc right.
@manton It frustrates me how many of the newer calendar and email apps all assume you’re using Gmail. I’m happy enough with BusyCal and the default Fastmail app, but I like being able to at least try what’s coming out.
@manton Posted about it in the forums, but I wasn’t able to import instagram posts with multiple images.
@gregmorris What did you think of it? I was about ready to start reading it when I saw all the stuff about the author plagiarizing in the past, and it killed my motivation to read it. Was a big fan of his other books though.

@jsonbecker thanks! I was trying to make a custom Books page as well. Ran into some issues now working with bookshelves and goals and also somehow got my site in a state where it won’t let me add a /books link. However, I did get something made that’s a start.

@jasonekratz I’d recommend trying Zen if you’re interested in a Firefox spin of Arc. I’ve also been trying Orion on macOS.
@jasonekratz Which browsers have you gone through so far?
@manton On the far end of the spectrum has to be godspeedapp.com that you can use without any mouse input at all. I think it does a good job of explaining the available hotkeys. I tend to use command palette’s in everything though–VS Code, Sublime Text, etc.
